Magic and Medicine is out in the world and I feel so incredibly tired. I don’t know why, but it felt like like a marathon this time.
Now I’m sitting and twiddling my thumbs, waiting for recommendations, reviews and, of course sales whilst working in the meantime at my normal doctor job.
I once asked myself why I’m trying so hard, practically working two fulltime jobs with a household to maintain on the side but the answer is- I love to write. Creating stories gives me something nothing else can provide. The ability to build a world I would love to live in. A world full of magic and wonders and extraordinary people.
However, right now I’m exhausted and need to rest for a few days because I’m barely managing to put a sentence together. Once I’ve recharged my brain, I will be back writing a new story from the Amber Legends universe, because Adam and Nina’s book won’t write itself.
