When life gives you cherries

Not my words, but the feedback we received on the book. It feels like summer and cherries and even if there is still a long road ahead it looks much less daunting now.

I have to be honest with you guys, from the prologue I was in absolute fits of laughter, and it pretty much continued that way until the very end. I think Ina might have been a bad influence on me. There were so many things I liked about this manuscript, but top of my list has got to be Ina and Velka’s girls’ night out at the Drunken Wizard and the fact that the attitudes were so down to earth, realistic, never PC and down right sarcastic. I loved it! It was so…..well, Irish.

Yes, sometimes I felt like giving Mar and Ren a damn good shake and screaming “will you two get a grip of yourselves?”  Then I would scroll down and Ina was thinking about hairy arses! I decided to just go with the flow and to be honest, didn’t want to put it down.

It was the sense of humour that got me, I just found it so fresh and uplifting.
